The most boring thing I've ever asked anyone

Where do you get really good tea towels from?

Most of the ones I've bought in the past are shit and just stay really wet. I did get some decent thick ones from TK Maxx but they're white and frankly look grim because they've got stains on them. Never seen them in there since.

Hit me with your best tea towels please.

Also, if boring stuff is your thing then I want to know what cloths you use for cleaning.

The best ones I have at the moment are from Aldi. I've also had good ones from the Range.

I like the old fashioned cotton ones that say Glass on them. Supermarket ones are cheap rubbish and not absorbent

The only ones that actually dry anything are the waffle ones which I get from Sainsbury Habitat range or John Lewis Anyday range. I have some beautiful tea-towels from RHS and other Habitat ones. They dry nothing, even after I have boil washed them. They are decorative or used to pick up hot pans.

Same here- Sainsbury Habitat are the best ones.

The pound shop. They had loads of different ones, mainly dreadful quality and some thick ones like @Foundanotherwrinkle's . 3 for £1. They weren't there for long.I need a bigger tea towel drawer.

Also never use fabric conditioner in the laundry when you wash your tea towels or towels - it ruins absorbency!
