Best beach in north Cornwall for rockpooling?

Been to Perranporth and porth towan which I’d read were good but they’re not really. Think I need less sandy beaches

Crackington Haven.

Definitely Crackington Haven. There are also nice warm sand pools for splashing on the beach when the tide is out.

And a couple of very good cafes.

Summerleaze beach at bude has some good rock pools
