I've got the chance to spend an afternoon, night and next morning in Edinburgh...

I've never been, and I'm excited!
So - what should I do, what should I see, and where should I eat? 😊

Where are you staying? What sort of things do you like to see? Museums? Gardens? Shopping etc. I rate the Real Mary Kings Close. A walk on the Royal Mile, up to the Caste Esplanade.

Food wise there are loads. Are you here on a weekend?

Walk up Arthur's Seat

The underground tour, if that’s your thing. The Castle. Or just wandering around, so much to see.

Museum of Scotland is great, definitely worth a visit
The Royal Mile and the castle are def worth a trip, although not my fave part of Edinburgh personally. I would like to go to Mary Kings Close though and there are ghost tours if you’re into that!

I love Dishoom for breakfast but it is a chain so you might have been before.

Haven't booked where to stay yet, but will be close to Old Town I would think.
I love museums, gardens & shopping - so all of that if possible.

I have been to Dishoom, but I love it, so that's a good shout thank you @Pippifer
Definitely like the look of Mary King's Close and castle visit so far, thank you!
