Weight loss v clothing size

So I started taking mounjaro (weight loss injections) and it's really helped me lose some weight. Have lost a stone and have overhauled my diet etc. however, I'm now the same as I was before I had my last baby - but I've noticed I'm still a size 14 where I was a comfortable 12 before.
Anyone else found this? Has my body decided a 14 is where it wants to be regardless of weight?!

Your rib cage gets wider when you have a baby and your frame changes. You may also have lost muscle mass so before baby at the same weight you were more compact.

I think it can depend on where you carry weight and how honest you are about your size.

A size is about a stone I reckon, or it could be a stone and a half.

Trousers in particular are tricky. I have some that don't do up at all and some that fit in exactly the same time
