Tennis elbow

Anyone got any tips to ease this?

Have you got an epicondylitis clasp for a support.

Ibuprofen or similar and ice and rest.

Mine went quickly but still niggles and can hold heavy objects. I had to stop the exercise I was doing though as i got numbness.

Tens machine was the only thing that relieved my pain fully. I bought a wrist and elbow one. Used them 3 to four times a day alongside painkillers.

Strangely back stroke in the pool helped, not sure why.

Patience.

It is so painful and takes months to heal.

Next thing for you to look forward to is plantar fasciitis even more agonizing. The joys of turning 50!
