I just thought it was worth a post to make others aware , as I know lots of people have been using the blue light card .
I always tend to get sports things from sports direct as I know they offer a good blue light discount.
the last few times that I have been in and got to the till , the staff have said , sorry , I can only use it on full price items .
that seems fair enough on the surface……..
today I got my child’s school shoes , went to the till and asked if they take blue light card ……. Young lad started laughing.
he said officially they like to advise that they do , support key workers ect , but absolutely every thing in the store claims to have a discount…. And the only thing in the entire store that the card works on is ………….. drum roll ……… the bags for life 🫣
I can’t work out if this is genius marketing or what 🤣🤣
but shop around guys is my message of the evening lol
