Next Day Delivery ( ASOS)

We paid extra for DD15 to have something delivered today ( ordered it yesterday). It says delivery between 7am & 10pm so we’re ok for just over an hour but DD is stressing. Anyone had experience of ASOS?

Which courier do they use for next day?

Be careful next day sometimes does say in small print if it's on a Saturday they won't deliver until the next working day which would be a Monday I seen a few places do that.

You should have had an email from ASOS and the courier this morning.

The courier will give an ETA. Mine is always Evri, I get the email around 10am with a delivery slot.

If you haven’t had this I doubt it’s coming today.

Royal Mail I think. The delivery date was definitely confirmed as today on the order plus there was a clock counting down the hours that were left to get next day delivery & there were about 8 hours left. DH got a message saying the parcel had arrived in Plymouth, which is an hour away.

If its royal mail what exactly did the delivery say? Has he tried tracking it on their app?

I'm pretty certain ASOS use Evri and you'd have had an email by now with a delivery time slot when the driver started their round.

The next day delivery is good 90% of the time and shockingly bad the other 10%. I ordered Wednesday. Thursday got an email from Evri that my parcel is delayed and it’s not updated since. ASOS also say to wait 30 days to challenge this. 😂😂

DD’s saying she doesn’t want the item now as it’s all been ruined. Teenagers! I will contact ASOS as we did pay over the odds for postage. Might keep it myself as it’s my size.

They should refund you the cost of next day delivery then and charge you for standard if you got it Tuesday that's bad I'd have least thought Monday given it was Saturday you ordered.

I hear you! DD paid for a NDD with ASOS for last minute stuff she really wanted to take to boarding school (6th form). Of course it didn’t arrive when it was supposed to and so I’ve had to fork out another £20 to send it on to her by Parcelforce. These companies are a joke.
