Is there anything I can do as a pick me up.

Lately I have been feeling very stressed. I had visitors for the summer - enjoyable and welcome by the way. We were all sick with covid a few weeks ago. There were patches of time during the summer from work that was insanely intense too which took my time away from my visitors. My mother is aging too and she's not well sometimes.

Lately I am so stressed and I think it's showing in my face and body. I feel it too in my body. I feel heavy. My face looks awful. I am lucky if I get to wash it once a week.

Is there anything I can do as a pick-me-up? My face is very red and it's just clicked with me today - maybe that's cortisol and stress.

I had a massage in the summer time and honestly I regret saying it to anyone because all I had was a f*ck load of jobs and stress and literally abuse afterwards and the benefits of the lovely massage was just overwritten.

I feel like getting away for a weekend to Europe some Friday and staying til Monday day and telling noone and only text people when I am at the airport and then turn off my phone for the weekend and rely on a burner simcard for internet and Google.

I look awful.
