Recommendation for a shampoo that is gentle on the scalp.

My DD(12) has been using OGX (coconut version) and her scalp has become irritated.She showers daily but washes her hair 2-3 times a week.

I spoke to the pharmacist in Boots who advised us to discontinue the OGX shampoo and try T Gel shampoo.

I will see how she gets on with that and speak to the Dr if I need to.
Can anyone please recommend a shampoo that is gentle on the scalp.

I used to use T Gel to help with my irritated scalp and it worked but it's expensive.
I've actually realised that I probably wasn't rinsing properly. I really need to lift it up and rinse underneath and above my ears.
I also use Faith in Nature shampoo which has less 'stuff' in it.
After years of itching I no longer have a problem.

Actually not T Gel. It was Nizoral.
