Is the Zara website impossible or am I just an old fogey now?

I went to the Zara website today to have a browse for some autumn bits and dear lord!!

Results are annoyingly displayed, making looking through difficult especially as most of the images make it hard to get a sense of the garment itself, the results filter is lacking with minimal options to even try filter through and with the huge image-heavy site, so many results are not even visible as they need to load.

Am I just out of touch and don't know how to use the website correctly (I am in my 30s) or have I become a cranky old lady (or maybe both)?

My top tip for today: if you click on the search icon on the Uniqlo website you end up on a normal looking shopping website. Why is it designed like that? Fuck only knows.

The Zara site is irredeemable.

It still lags like fuck though.

@DancingNotDrowning our local Zara is bloody awful for customer service.

H and M though: go online to find something you’ve seen in store. It suggests stuff from Arket or another pricy brand and then you have to filter again. DCs have cracked it by taking a photo of the instore label and searching by the item code.

Oh I agree customer service is generally poor in store, but my local is well organised with a pretty good selection - although not a patch on the stores on the continent.
