Templates for flooring bathrooms. Not for the whole floor but for round the sink and toilet, it would save a lot of swearing.

I don’t see how that would work, all brands of sinks and toilets are different shapes, you’d only be able to have a template for that particular one.

I want a towel that I can wear round my shoulders, a bit like a short poncho, that will Velcro to keep it in place! I style my curly hair when it’s soaking wet and a normal towel just falls off so I end up with a dripping top every time!

Try googling 'hairdressing cape'.

@JulietSierra

Maybe cut a hole in an old bath towel and use that like a cape....

A hairdressing towel/cape would work wouldn't it?

You can get them in B&M

@Spatchula Google adjustable contour gauge. They’re brilliant for measuring round toilets and basins when cutting flooring. I think mine cost about a fiver at toolstation

@JulietSierra use a bigger towel but secure in place with a clothes peg or hair claw thingy??

JulietSierra · 01/09/2024 11:58

@Sethera @sunsetsandboardwalks I did thin of that but I want a towel rather than a waterproof cape. The water just runs off the capes and I want something that will absorb it.

JulietSierra · 01/09/2024 11:59

@shellyleppard How did I not think of that?? Such a good idea! Thank you!

Really? I’ll definitely have a look. Haven’t been able to find what I want on Amazon so I assumed it didn’t exist 😂
