I booked flights for a trip to Germany for me and DP a few weeks ago. I was very careful to book us both an item of hold luggage and an item of hand luggage. We've just checked in online and it was really confusing. Every second screen seemed to say we had booked and paid for both hold and hand luggage and every second screen seemed to say we hadn't. We definitely have but now the boarding passes have been downloaded they're saying we don't have any hold luggage. It seems I haven't checked in the hold luggage because it looked like they were asking me if wanted to pay for it when I'd already paid for it. Can I cancel our check in and checkin again so we don't have to pay for the hold luggage twice?
