Anyone used these? Supposed to good for brain fog and increasing concentration. Bit pricey but would try them if got some honest feedback from people have tried them? Finding my brain fog is getting worse this last while and it's difficult putting my thoughts into words lately, so frustrating! Any advice or help would be very welcome.

I use it. I used to get brain fog. Now I don't really. I can't 100% say that it is the lions mane, but i will keep on taking it. Shop around. I am in europe but take these: Weightworld 2000 mg 345 tablets. Cost about 20 quid.

Thank you so much for the information. May I ask, you say your brain fog is much better now, did you do anything else apart from this supplement? Any other hints or tips to improve it?

I used them and they made me have anxiety and palpations. Be careful. I am 48 yrs old. I fear lack of regulation.

notanarchaeologist · 31/08/2024 20:57

I've used them and like pp said it's hard to say it's the shrooms exactly but I do feel more energised and less foggy than before I was taking them. However it coincided with my youngest finally sleeping better so... Hard to say!

DaisyChain505 · 31/08/2024 21:05

I tired them and felt nothing. But I’ve also tried good quality CBD oil that has done nothing for me as well.

Ah, thanks for sharing your experience, I'm of a similar age so this is relevant. Do you still experience brain fog now or have you developed other coping mechanisms?

Interesting re the energy levels as that was also supposed to be a pro side effect....though getting full night sleep would also contribute 😉

How long did you try them for? Just wondering if it's one of those things that only take effect after weeks rather than days

I read it was a slow burner/build up thing so that seems to make sense

Stressybetty · 01/09/2024 00:41

I've just bought them, only had one so far though. I have CFS so hoping they'll do something for the brain fog

IjustbelieveinMe · 01/09/2024 01:00

I use it and buy it from here au.iherb.com/pr/real-mushrooms-lion-s-mane-mushroom-extract-powder-120-capsules/112246
I have been taking it for around 4 months now and I think it does help keep me focused and concentrate while at work. I am menopausal too. I am now afraid to stop taking it lol in case my brain turns to mush.

Noidea375 · 01/09/2024 02:48

I am now on HRT, and it works a treat.

IjustbelieveinMe · 01/09/2024 03:04

Me too, HRT and Lions Mane.

Stressybetty · 01/09/2024 08:04

I'm on HRT too, will persevere with it then. I've got this one

I haven't but just thought I'd mention ginkgo biloba. That seems to help my mind and energy levels?

I take a cocktail of pills - all supposedly okay and run of the mill.

Vitamin d, milk thistle, vitamin b and magnesium along side the lions mane. I used to take cbd oil as well for anxiety. A bit expensive though.

Toddlerteaplease · 02/09/2024 13:11

My colleague uses these. She's undiagnosed ADHD. She swears by them.

MabelMaybe · 02/09/2024 13:15

High strength Gingko biloba worked well for me, and a decent 50+ women's vitamin. My brain fog is much better. I wouldn't have the budget for a £20+ product anyway, but there are cheaper alternatives out there.

I am still taking them. It's been about a year now. I bought loads of bottles when I saw them sold in there so I thought I'd keep trying to see if they needed to be taken on a consistent long term.

Which vitamins?

I've just ordered boron as it's supposed to be good for pre/post menopause?
