How to keep ice cream frozen at a party?!

I’m hoping to have an ice cream party for my son. I’m envisioning a table with several flavours, scoops and toppings and cones that people can help themselves to. But how do I keep the ice cream frozen?!?

There are lot of complicated solutions if you search "how to keep ice cream frozen on the table".
Looks like hard work, perhaps easier to have a selection in the freezer and ask them what they want.
