Chicken defrosted in sunlight

Took some chicken breasts out to defrost this afternoon.
Had to nip out to pick grandson up and when I came back, they were sitting in full sunlight. Fully defrosted now although didn't feel warm to touch.
Would you still cook them?

Yes as it was only the afternoon. Might not of they'd been sunbathing all day.
