Hi just looking for some advice please
I’m going to word it as best as I can as lol

ive been looking into wills as I wanted to put in about guardians for my children if something were to happen to me
me and my partner have 4 children my oldest one isn’t biologically his but treats her as her own the other 3 are biologically his
i have people who I would like on my side of the family to have the children but my worry is if something were to happen to me and my partner were we both died at the same time example like a car crash etc… my partners family would want the children as they are Muslim and would want to bring the kids up as Muslim ( me and my partner have decided to let the kids decide when they are older) my worry is that if they did get the children they would only get the 3 young ones as my partner has no parental rights of my oldest and my oldest would probs go to my side of the family

my worry is the kids will spilt and my partners family would not let them see my family often as they are not Muslim and I worry that would cause were they stop them seeing my oldest daughter because she will be living with non Muslims

is there anything I could put in my will were I can say something about religion shouldn’t stop them seeing my oldest daughter or family

really sorry if I didn’t explain it well so ask any question if your unsure

just need some advice please as this is my worst fear the kids not be able to see each other because of that
