I've got some new digital scales

Jesus Christ I'm disgusted. I apparently weigh 12.13st!! My old style scales were telling me I was over a stone lighter...
I am going to add a picture (not of myself)
I know I have baby weight on my stomach, that's where all my fat is, everywhere else is slim, apart from the top of my arms.
I feel awful now.

I’m sure there are people who would love to be your weight.

It is a big difference but either scale could be wrong, only way to know for sure is to try scales elsewhere to see what is the most consistent reading.

My new digital scales showed I was 3lb heavier than my old creaky ones, no idea which one is right, but as my main aim is recoding weight loss a 3lb difference didn't really matter.

Can you check the calibration of the new scales before you panic? Find something you know the weight of, like a 3kg bag of potatoes or a hand weight if you have one and see whether the new scales are correct.

Would you call someone else who weighed 12 stone "disgusting"?

If your answer is no, then you need to learn to be more kind to yourself through CBT. Why should you treat yourself differently to how you treat your friends and family?

If your answer is yes then you are a bully who can't be helped I'm afraid.

Of course I wouldn't !! But I certainly feel that about myself. Before my dc I was 9.5stone and that was only 2 years ago
