Dust

I'm suddenly getting a 'dusty' sensation in my mouth at home. It's horrible. I'm going to blitz the place today but I was wondering about air purifiers and their effectiveness in stopping this dusty sensation I'm getting.

We've had a lot of building work done on this house but have blitzed it several times since moving in.

Would a decent air purifier help? This sensation in my mouth is bloody awful.
