And how did it pan out?
I would love to go either veggie or pescatarian since I'm not fond of much other meat, but was always put off by stories of low ferritin.
Since I am clear of meno now, going into my 50's, would this not be an issue any more? I eat very healthy and tons of veg, and would also be mindful about B vits and calcium of course.
Just interested how it went for others. Not a ton of info online as all of my vegetarian searches take me to vegan answers. It's like veganism swallowed vegetarianism up!
