Dd10 worries at night

My dd 10 is suddenly anxious. There's been bits going on that may have triggered it but not sure how to handle it.
She witnessed a traumatic event in which I had to give cpr and she had to ring 999. The man died. She seemed OK afterwards, this was months ago.
An elderly family member has recently been ill (not life threatening) and this seems to have effected her. She's worried about hearts- theirs and hers- kept checking fitbit heart rate at night (took it off her at night to charge now) and did ask about death. Now she's saying shes not sure wgat shes worried about. Seems OK in daytime but worries at night, wants me with her. Any advice on how to deal with it?

Sounds like she would benefit from some talking therapy. I’d enquire at school as they know her well, but you will probably have to go via the GP/school nurse.
