What do you spend your Tesco Clubcard vouchers on?

The scheme is less good these days - less partners and it's only 2x the value (it used to be 4x!)

I like to use them for something fun as a treat. What do you do with yours?

I get disney plus with them.

needhelpwiththisplease · 28/08/2024 19:27

I save them up and use them each January to buy lots of lovely treats in the food shop.
I've got £80 worth for next January so far

IbizaToTheNorfolkBroads · 28/08/2024 21:31

I used to spend them on school uniform, when you could get online.

Now I save them for nice food at Christmas.

I also save mine and use them for food and treats which I would not normally buy at Christmas.

MyNameIsErinQuin · 28/08/2024 21:44

Eurotunnel to France and back

LittleOwl153 · 28/08/2024 21:45

Disney + is my first 'hit' we've also done tenpin bowling and cinema, as well as a few days out so last year we did a trip to Kent - clubcard got us free entry to Hever Castle...

EveryOtherNameTaken · 28/08/2024 21:49

Christmas party food.

FrogSplash · 28/08/2024 21:49

I got £100 to put towards our holiday cottage for this summer - worked out as an extra night and a bit.

tinytemper66 · 28/08/2024 21:53

I use them to donate to food banks at Christmas

Morwenscapacioussleeves · 28/08/2024 21:55

RAC
Cineworld
To bring the Christmas food shop cost down to the same as a usual food shop.

Used to love them for days out but there's almost nothing in Scotland now

Stickthatupyourdojo · 28/08/2024 22:03

Occasional days out in the holidays and the cinema. Not very impressed that the last couple of places I looked into charge more for the tickets when you use Clubcard vouchers though, as they stipulate it's only against the "on the day" price, and in one case, you have to queue up on the day to exchange your code for the tickets, and it excludes half of the attraction which is ticketed separately.

Witchbitch20 · 28/08/2024 22:05

Disney subscription.
Railcard.
Resturant vouchers (although no longer have any of the chains close so don’t bother now).

Floralnomad · 28/08/2024 22:05

We used to get Merlin passes with them when our children were young now I just use them on shopping .

DanceToTheMusicInMyHead · 28/08/2024 22:07

English heritage annual membership, family Railcard and pizza express meals.

RampantIvy · 28/08/2024 22:08

Just on grocery shopping. The options for other stuff don't appeal to me.

TulipTuesday · 28/08/2024 22:12

In the past we’ve used them for railcards, a trip on the Mersey and a steam railway day out.

These days we exchange them for Ask Italian vouchers and have a cheap date night 😄

redtrain123 · 28/08/2024 22:26

eurotunnel
railcards

Highflow · 28/08/2024 22:29

Eurotunnel, for our yearly trip to Centre Parcs. Any left over is on Chessington

Redlorryyellowlorryblue · 28/08/2024 22:48

In the past, Hever Castle, Pizza Express vouchers and magazine subscription.

Dahliasrule · 28/08/2024 22:50

Railcards and restaurants for a casual get together with family.

IMustDoMoreExercise · 28/08/2024 22:55

We had lots saved up before they changed from 3 to 2 times and were able to get over £700 off a p&o cruise

But we usually use them for Pizza Express

Iwantacampervan · 28/08/2024 23:26

When the change from 3x to 2x came in I exchanged mine for railcard and Wightlink vouchers. I've also treated myself in the past to a magazine subscription.

Lovelysummerdays · 28/08/2024 23:29

RAC membership normally. But now it’s down to double I think I could get a special offer and pay the same.

Violet17 · 28/08/2024 23:34

Mixed sometimes a day out sometimes money off my food shop especially if they are about to expire.

TobiasForgesContactLense · 28/08/2024 23:45

I haven't used any for a couple of years but realised tonight when DH was trying to book an merlin attraction that I could get a discount with them. The 2x value isn't as good as it used to be but I can't really complain about £30 off something when I don't actually shop there but do have a credit card and savings with them.
