Is anyone with Vodaphone mobile? Are they any good?

My contract is ending with 02 and there are some pretty good sim only deals with vodaphone. If you are with them is the coverage/signal good and if you’ve ever had to go through customer service is it a nightmare? My DB had a dreadful experience with them about 5 years ago so I’ve been wary of them since. Thanks.

There is no point of me telling you if Vodafone is any good if you don't live near me. Not all networks cover the entirety of the UK the same. Vodafone may be great in one area and poor in another.

It might be worth checking Ofcom on the coverage near you and where you frequent regularly.

The coverage where you are won't be the same as anyone on here. Even someone in the next street may not get the same coverage. Best to go on their website and check coverage for the specifica areas you need. No point having g great coverage at work in town etc and then nothing at home

I was with Vodafone for years but it was a nightmare when I ended my sim only and broadband agreements.

I'm with Smarty for sim only and they're great. No problems in over 12 months. Great coverage.

I use voxi which runs via Vodafone network, they’ve been the best I’ve used so far but check coverage for your area

For 4g they are fine, for 5g speeds decent. However they will be merging with Three sometime this year... Which has superior 5g speeds... But not that great 4g speeds... So you will get best of both soon

Thanks everyone. I didn’t know about the ofcom checker. That’s really helpful. Virtually every network says the signal is good where I am and other areas I need my phone but ofcom is indicating that’s not the case
