Had my little one in December last year and I have been fortunate enough to be able to have 13 months off with him (I return to work in January), and as my partner has substantially more annual leave than I do, we've used this year to have a few extra getaways, taking advantage of the fact that I've had/am having the whole year off anyway.
So, to my question, we would like one last break/getaway with our boy before reality hits again and would like some recommendations for what might be good in autumn/winter for us and the little one. Preferably somewhere in the UK so we can bring the pup along too. So far we have done:
Week in Majorca
Week in Wales
Week by Kent coast (this one is next week)
Short breaks to Weston-Super-Mare and Forest of Dean
We like places where there are things to do/see and are flexible on duration although a three-four nighter would probably be ideal. Any ideas welcome 😀
