The Centre of the Cell in Whitechapel is hosting "Celebrating Science" in recognition of having had 250,000 visitors. There'll be some stalls and events and it's generally an opportunity to chat to some of *QMUL's scientists.
All completely FREE :)
Colleagues from the Computer Science department will also be there, running a stall on Computer Science and Disability.

Love science? Science games, shows and films are all on offer at our free fun day out at the Blizard Institute in Whitechapel, suitable for all ages.
Come to meet scientists from across Queen Mary University of London as they demonstrate their areas of work through hands-on activities. There will be lots of exciting activities on offer from bioengineering, to computer science, to medicine and more.
You will also get to explore the amazing STEM Pod Experience, an interactive science experience and state-of-the-art immersive show that features films, games and specimens from the Pathology Museum, such as a real human brain! This is our celebration of the 250,000th visitor at the Centre of the Cell.
