Get stick on ones, the other roller type always "bleed light" at the edges

I'm intrigued by stick on blinds, do you stick them to the window every night or do they stay there all the time so you're in constant darkness?

The ones I have have Velcro you stick onto the window frame and then onto the blinds. You then just stick up at night and take down in the day
