My son's shared student house often gets mail for previous tenants, including a couple with county court logos that may be CCJs. He doesn't have any forwarding addresses so he is marking them as "return to sender" and putting them back in the post. If they are CCJs, will they only impact the individual they are addressed to, or everyone who lives at the house?
