Is anyone else hating the dark nights already?

It’s not even the end of August and it feels so gloomy. I’ve got a lot going on atm and it’s just making everything feel worse.

That's because there hasn't been one!

Same here. They’re currently out kicking a ball round and tinkering under a car. At least it’ll be dark by half 8 and they can bugger off indoors

I'm always surprised at how quickly the evenings get darker and how dark it gets. We went on holiday one year at this time and landed at 8.30pm and I was picturing a summer's evening and it was pitch black. I love how in the summer it gets darker more gradually

It's still 8pm and light and warm though, we've got a long way to go before dark and cold.
