I was just wondering if any one has had any experience around getting support from children services M. A. S. H team
I have three children two with physical disabilities and wheelchairs and the older severe anxiety and under. C. H. A. Ms team and i am single mum without any other support i have social worker who has put me through the works and even though she has seen my childrens meltdowns and how they trigger each other off she will give escuses like you need strategies not support even though i have pancreatitis and siacatia and sever anxiety and a hernia i can't move or bend and they only given one child my son 15 hours (one hour in morning and one hour in the afternoon and 5 hours in the weekend)they don't acknowledge my daughter even though she has the same diagnosis as her brother, they lie to me constantly pretend to put reffurals this is my third social worker each one worser than the last i get panic attacks when i see her,
I have put a complaint to social care support who have made my compliant into a corporate complaint and said they will give me a formal response within 20 days
I don't have 20 days my dd11 have been screaming broke my tv curtains blinds the doors of the hinges my dd11 son his non verbal has bitten my older son punched kicked broke the table he is severely autistic and non verbal and physically disabled, my daughter her health is deteriorating and she needs extra support and I'm so ill im on survival mode but the social worker will come see this and say are you sure?
And saying this my social worker tricked me to believe that she will handle the complaint is this normal?
