My income has changed so I need to change how I shop. The things I buy roughly are.

Chicken, mince beef, rice , pasta, fruit. Cheese. Yogurts and simlar , bread milk, ham. Fish. Chips , and simlar . Jacket potato's. Chichen nuggets and other breaded chicken type things . Sausages . Pizza. Sausage rolls

Then non essentials like crisps , ice lollys . Biscuits . Sweets /treats ... crap . There's probably stuff I have left off

I know There's alot of prossed stuff but ds has special needs so he's not easy to feed. I use the mid range products not name brand .

It's for 1 adult 1 teen 2 children.

At the moment I shop at morrisons. And have this home delivered.

If I swapped to alli or lidl it would cost me around 10.00 on an uber /cab By the time I have paid for a cab would It be worth it . I have also heard aldi /lidl is not that cheap anymore ?

I don't think you'd save anything by the time you got an uber. It's definitely not as cheap as it used to be and if you're already buying own brand then I really don't think it would be worth it. I also find shopping online cheaper as it stops the many impulse buys!

Tesco online is good and they have loads price matched to Aldi. Same with Sainsburys and with both you get clubcard/nectar points. Try one of them.
