The Emma Bridgewater Russell Hobbs 'hens' toaster and kettle set. Its supposed to be in the Red 30 event however the code will not be accepted and it says not eligible for this item? I've tried other items and it works. Cannot get through on phone and chatbot has no idea what I'm talking about.... its a significant saving on £180. Any ideas??
