Hi I’m trying to spend less time on my phone and more time listening learning anything
positive! I want to change my life, day by day step by step. I've deleted all social media because I’m a scroller. I don’t have any specific interests or passions I want to learn and find things though! I’m starting to exercise again of a night also but hey! Any suggestions or anything good to listen to or read, I am here for it!
