I have an interview for a Macmillan Support & Facilitator post.
I am doing the usual interview prep and I am a nurse, so I've read up on the trust I'm applying to, but if anyone has had a Macmillan interview, are there any specific points I should look up, please?
I've looked at the history of Macmillan, their values, their objectives, needs assessment and personalised care.
Is there anything else I should cover?
