Hiya all. Just wanting some advice please. Not 100% sure this is the right place for this so sorry if not.
I left my daughter’s dad 18 months ago due to abuse and moved back to my home (2 hours away). Since then at each contact myself or my mother have been meeting him half way with my daughter. I can’t do drop offs unless it’s a family member as I have a non molestation order against him due to the abuse, court was March so have another 6 months minimum of this. Father’s payments have been reduced to £29ish per week due to his increased travel costs, does anyone know if we can now refuse to meet half way as we are also having to pay these costs? Not sure if it’s important but since I started my claim last year he has lied about the amount he has her and I’ve really had to fight for him to provide the bear minimum. Thanks!
