Why am I awake

Why am I awake ffs . I went to sleep around midnight woke up 4am... can't get back to sleep

I read something on insomnia the other day. The advice was to blink your eyes as rapidly as possible for one minute.
I’m going to try it and see.

I'm awake too. Stupid time. I'm in a hotel so should be enjoying the peace and quiet. But no brain is awake. Listening to the radio. Breakfast at 6.
