Looking for ideas on how to freshen up/update a nursery without completely starting from scratch.
It's a box room, with room for a cot bed, small wardrobe and a changer (with drawers). We have these already and they are a light oak colour.
Three of the walls are a pale yellow, and the other is a light turquoise, with bright farm animal curtains. I'm not completely adverse to changing the curtains but they weren't cheap and in good condition so seems unnecessary.
We could repaint, at the very least there are areas where the paint will need retouching.
I've looked at what feels like hundreds of wall stickers, but any of the farm animal ones seem a little too masculine for a girl's nursery. I'm not a 100% pink person, but still want some feminine touches.
Any ideas?
