Household internet monitoring apps- what do you us?

Hi,
As my 10 year old desire to be online increases, I have been researching Internet parental control apps, but am a bit overwhelmed with the choice and am unsure which to purchase.

We have been using Google family link, Ipad parental controls safe search filters but because we have android devices and my 10 year old has an IPad I don't think there is enough oversight in real time.

I would like something that I can set WiFi connection times, monitor history, app usage and have the ability to block apps/websites. If possible I would like to be able to see chats etc. That you can connect to multiple devices.

There are so many options on the market, and I want something reliable and most importantly fairly easy to use that DH and I can both access.

What do you use in your household and are there any features I have missed that you would recommend?
