Hi Everyone, Experiencing peri menopausal weight gain. Over the last year I've aged rapidly and gained so munch weight. Everything I read points to high protein and weightlifting as a good way to keep the effects of peri menopause at bay
Can anyone reccomend on line classes/ YouTube videos/online trainer that specialise in excersise for women going through this? Ideally free. Also any other tips to slow down the effects of peri menopause welcome. I always looked and felt young for my age, but this last year I aged so badly. I'm shocked and embrassed that I've allowed this to happen. Help!
