Does anyone take this? The dose is 1 teaspoon twice a day. I just took 2 teaspoons together accidentally. It can't be that bad surely?
Think I am panicking as I live in the carnival area and can't easily get out.

Try to avoid staining your teeth, sometimes a straw may help.
