Are you breastfeeding? The weight fell off me and I ended up a stone lighter than before falling pregnant.

Sorry forgot to mention that I'm not BF and I'm almost 9 months PP

If you're breastfeeding, then healthy eating will see you back in your jeans within a few weeks. If you're not, then follow a calorie controlled diet and do regular fat burning exercise.

walking with pushchair 3 x a day - which helps get baby lots of fresh air and you walk briskly for 15 minutes in one continuous direction and then walk back as fast as you can. do this within 1 hour of breakfast and then again late morning or just after lunch. Then see if you can get out a 3rd time before tea time.

You'll easily walk 6 miles a day, but you must walk briskly and as fast as you can back - aim to be walking for 25 minutes each walk. Trying to walk faster for the 2nd half of the walk then the first.

Its free and ideal to help your baby get plenty of fresh air and this often helps with their sleep pattern - and yours

my other top tip is don't snack between meals, cut it out all together

@MikeRafone thank you for the tips.

Do you know how many steps you'd walk in 6 miles?
