Paw Patrol - fenture fay?

Apologies for the slightly random question, but soon-to-be-3 year old DS is a huge Paw Patrol fan. He keeps saying something like “let’s get the fenture fay”. From context they might be people that need to be rescued. Can anyone shed any light on what he might be trying to say?

I sometimes watch videos back of my kids when they were younger and it is so obvious what they are saying but at the time I couldn't work it out! I blame exhaustion!
