Thursday last week Started to feel off

Saturday dodgy tummy felt okish

Sunday as above

Monday awful in bed temperature, shivery, test showed positive

Tuesday still poorly in bed

Wedn a bit better out of bed

Thursday much better

Today alot better

So 9 days from first feeling yuk

Redone test just now and a VERY almost cant see 2nd line

Am I still contagious as I really need to go put today

That is a negative test. Are you sure it was Covid?

There is no requirement to test and isolate now so just go by how you feel. If you are feeling better and ready to out, go out.

This. Do what you want and feel up to. Hardly anyone tests anymore (if they did in the first place - I certainly didn’t)

You're probably not contagious now. But be mindful of others. I have cancer and was hospitalised last week with covid. It is still very much a problem for many of us

Im very mindful and still test as have family members with cancer so I would not want them exposed. One recently had Covid and was so very poorly.

I havent and woukdnt go out until clear as would hate to pass onto anyone no matter what, bur that's my choice.

This test has a very pale line...prob not the best picture.

Do what you need too. I tested positive Monday and it’s only today I’ve been able to be out and about. I need a food shop and my prescription so I’ve had to go out plus I’m back at work tomorrow.
