Hi all,
I am getting very frustrated with First Direct. I’ve been trying to close my account for 2 months. It has a £0 balance. Every time I ask them to close it they say they will within 6 working days. I asked them against to close the account last week and have just checked to see if they followed through and it is still open. Argh! I will have to go and talk to customer services again!
Any ideas what I can do? Sooo frustrating.
