Does anyone know how to block a buyer from sending messages on ebay? The information I'm looking at on google doesn't help, as it mentions going into 'site preferences' but I can't find that anywhere. It's not where google tells me it should be!
Have already reported the buyer to ebay and blocked them, but I believe this only means they can't buy from me again. Apparently you have to do something different if you want to ensure they can't message you.
I did speak to someone at ebay but only later realised the buyer could probably still send messages, hence not asking ebay whilst on the phone to them.
