So far this summer I have been treated like the worlds biggest mug

Example 1) my neighbour took over land we have (after another neighbour offered to pay me up front) but I stupidly didn't agree to it
Neighbour has not paid ONE penny !!!

He got a digger and cut part of my hedge away to make it easier for him to move his Fck off huge machinery in
Arghhbhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Example 2) did a piece of work for a friend
Went over and above
That was first week of July
Now almost end of August and she has not even acknowledged what I did for her

Example 3) helped stressed out friends with pick up and drop offs for four clubs
When they were off work and I was working trying to manage my kids clubs how many times did they offer to help

Zero
Yes not one offer

How do I remain calm but also have a word with these cheeky fckers

How do I stop this happening to me

So the friend I did pick ups for all summer text earlier to see if I can do three days a week pick ups for sept

Three days at 1pm each day

After she did not once try to help me this summer while I juggled and nearly lost the plot (single mum here)

I text her back right away

Does your neighbour now own the bit of land you were talking about or have they taken it upon themselves to take over it? I would be straight over telling them to stop digging it up and that it's not for sale or to be touched until your paid for it. End of.

As for your friend I would be sending a message clearly asking what they think of the work you did and saying you feel sad that you've had to ask them first because they haven't acknowledged what you did. Just spell it out to them (clearly but politely).

The pick ups and drop offs. Just no. If they get funny and ask why say because your a single parent who works full time and hasn't been offered any help in return for your own help provided and that your feeling hurt by it and aren't interested in one sided friendships. Simples.
