EMDR therapist recommendations in London or surrounding areas

Does anyone know of a good EMDR therapist in London or surrounding areas? I’ve been directed to general websites but having had a bad experience with a therapist in the past would really appreciate a recommendation. Thanks!

Try 'Hello Self' - lots of top notch therapists there including those who do EMDR. I'm pretty sure they're all clinical psychologists. The therapy will be online though I'm pretty sure.

EMDR therapist here. If you can I would definitely try and find someone who you can see face to face x online is possible but in my experience much harder x

Online therapy can be excellent in my experience. It tends to be older therapists who insist on being 'in the room' because they were trained before online was a thing. Working online is a skill in itself.

I worked with an excellent trauma therapist online. PM me if you would like more info and good luck, the right therapist can be gold (and does NOT have to be a clinical psychologist - in my experience some clinical psychologists are very CBT oriented when somatic work is excellent for trauma).
