I've always had poor self esteem, but since having a baby, I feel so bad about myself. I feel like there's rarely a day that goes by where I don't cringe when I see myself in the mirror. I hate my face, body, voice, everything!!
I constantly seek validation from my partner but as you know, when you feel insecure about yourself, you never believe what others say anyway. So my question is, how can I improve my self esteem and stop feeling bad about myself? I'm a little overweight so I'm working on losing some weight and toning up, but I don't know if that will even help. I'd probably still feel about myself. For those of you who have managed to improve your self esteem, how did you do it?
