Cost for website and company branding?

I am sure the correct answer is “how long is a piece of string?”… but could anyone give me an idea of how much it would cost to develop a usable company brand (as in logo, colour scheme, font selection) and a simple website. The website would ideally have e-commerce capability but if that is a high cost I could do without it.

Can anyone offer a rough price…?

I'm not in the UK so no idea of prices but if you are on a tight budget, and you have any ideas for what you want for a logo, Canva is a great tool. They have both free and paid options and could in theory give you a full brand suite if you can put in a few hours.
