Travel Planners company

Does anyone have any experience with the company Travel Planners? They've given me a good quote for a holiday but I can't find much about them online.

I've dealt with them on several occasions and recommended them to my sister who also used them. These were for multi centre holidays in the USA. They were excellent. No issues whatsoever and I never got a cheaper quote from anyone else. On receiving the quote I would always see if I could do it myself cheaper and again couldn't.
