Morning hive mind! Hoping someone can help/advise

My DGF was very into family history and following the family tree back but sadly he passed last year. I've managed to download the program and files he had accumulated over the years, as well as the paper copies.

I am trying to work out how to recreate the print out he has that I've kept - I cannot for the life of me find the settings to get a print like this one - can anyone help?

It goes back from himself (generation 1) back 12 generations...

Not sure if this is relevant, OP but was your GF on Ancestry for his research? If so, all this will be available there in family tree diagrams, as they do not close information when an account holder dies.
If he was not, but you have his family tree info in the other format, you could open an account with Ancestry or similar and have it all online too.
