Please tell me about your steam generators.
I’ve never owned one, but used a couple of Polti ones back in the day when I was cleaning houses. 15+ years ago. I wasn’t extremely impressed with them back then as they were hard to clean and descale.
Over the years I used mainly Tefal irons, then in the last few years I gave Morphy Richards and Russel Hobbs a chance. First one packed in after roughly 2 years and the last one after less than one year. I also have a Philips which is light and impressively good at ironing my shirts, but even the most powerful ones I had were not great on stubborn creases on my bed linen. The crisp Egyptian cotton type.
